Head of Development / Technical Product Lead (m/f/d)

Your role

You are the technical and conceptual bridge between management, product and development. You make key technical decisions, structure requirements and give the development team direction – without getting lost in micromanagement.

Your responsibilities

• Translating business and product requirements into technical concepts
• Technical architecture and technology decisions
• Technical leadership and sparring for the development team
• Ensuring code quality, scalability and sustainability
• Close, eye-level coordination with management
• Helping shape the long-term product and technology roadmap

Your profile

• Very good English skills (team communication is mostly in English)
• Several years of experience in software or product development
• Strong understanding of data-driven systems and architectures
• Interest in and understanding of supply chain, production or operations
• Experience working with data, analytics and AI-related applications
• Ability to bring business logic and technology together
• Experience in leading or guiding development teams
• A desire to take on a bridging role between domain and technology – building something, not just administering it
