Junior Consultant Supply Chain Analytics (m/f/d)

Your role

As a Junior Consultant Supply Chain Analytics at OneChain, you work deeply on the substance of data-driven client projects – from analysing operational processes to deriving concrete recommendations for action.

At the same time, you are in a build-up phase with us: we are deliberately advancing our internal project and analysis methods to deliver complex client projects efficiently, at high quality and at scale. In this role you actively help shape this way of working, without losing focus on the analysis and consulting itself.

Your responsibilities

• Contributing to data-driven consulting projects in supply chain & production
• Analysing client processes (e.g. lead times, inventories, replenishment, capacities)
• Structured preparation, analysis and interpretation of client and process data
• Developing meaningful Tableau dashboards for decision support
• Deriving insights and recommendations for action from data analyses
• Close collaboration with subject-matter experts
• Working with working students on analysis, visualisation and documentation
• Preparing and analysing data for internal and external applications
• Helping to build and develop internal project and analysis methods

Your profile

• A completed degree (e.g. industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, supply chain, data analytics or similar)
• First practical experience in consulting, analysis or an industrial environment
• Very strong analytical and structured thinking
• Interest in data-driven, tailored solutions
• Very good communication skills (German & English)
• Motivation to take responsibility and help build things
• Desirable: experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools
